New Head of International Business Development and Sales at ViVeTech

As of March 2024, Ivaylo Nikolov Boiadjiyski has been appointed as ViVeTech’s new Head of International Business Development and Sales. He brings extensive experience in sales, having worked for 25 years primarily in the automotive industry, particularly in the field of automotive technology.

Ivaylo Nikolov Boiadjiyski graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Technical University of Sofia in 1996 and began his career in the automotive sector after earning his degree. He progressed through the ranks of sales and consultancy at various companies, including vehicle dealerships, automotive suppliers, and service providers. In 2006, he joined MSX International, a Detroit-based company, where he led the sales and operations team for the Central and Eastern European region until 2023, overseeing 200 employees. In January of this year, ViVeTech’s management invited him to take charge of the company’s business development and sales activities related to its international market expansion.

His primary responsibilities include developing and managing the company’s international sales strategy and positioning the corporate brand in target markets.

Ivaylo is a native Bulgarian speaker and is also fluent in English, Serbian, and Croatian at a professional level, while having basic proficiency in Hungarian. He has a strong passion for technologies that support sustainability.
