ViVeTech's market and stock exchange strategy focuses on market expansion through acquisitions, and the company is now acquiring an 8 percent stake in the Hungarian startup Smart Hotel Solution LLC., developers of Hotelify's smart hotel solutions. For the smart hotel operator, the strategic nexus lies in cybersecurity, for which ViveTech offers a solution. With this agreement, our company is looking to enter the HORECA market to help develop digital security for hotels.
